Tarot Card for the month of January: The Fool

Well, we are already in the middle of the first month of the year, at least according to the Gregorian calendar...and this month's card is going to be The Fool.  But, do keep in mind that The Fool is actually the wise man of the tarot pack, hiding behind a facade of foolishness.  Think of the court jesters of the middle ages who were allowed to speak truth to those in power without suffering dire consequences. If you draw The Fool in a tarot card reading it means new beginnings, unconventional wisdom and perspectives, in other words, perhaps it is a message to think outside the box.
